About The Role
n
We are recruiting an FRP Supervisor to work on a civil infrastructure project in Dubbo, NSW. The roster will be Monday to Friday and half a day Saturday and scope of works includes FRP (Form Reo pour) such as concrete slabs. We are interested in speaking with Supervisors who have a genuine interest to positively influence construction crews and promote a memorable culture.

Your overall responsibility is to provide onsite supervisory coordination and oversite of the construction workforce including direct labour (FRP) execute construction works safely,



efficiently, and effectively.

About You
n
n
Demonstrated experience at Supervisory level managing a self-perform FRP crew with a Civil contractor.
n
Demonstrated safety and environmental behaviour
n
Self-starter, with well-developed organisational and stakeholder management skills
n
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills with the ability to problem solve
n
