As our Online Dispatch Assistant, you will play a vital part in ensuring our online orders are processed and dispatched in a timely manner.

The Day In The Life

Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch online customer orders in a timely and professional manner

Maintain accurate inventory and stock records
n
Receive, unpack, and coordinate incoming stock at store level
n
Support general retail operations as needed, including processing customer refunds and assisting to customer enquiries when required
