About the Role

We are looking for an experienced FEMALE Support Worker to support a female client in Bacchus Marsh for Community Access and Respite services.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Provide one-on-one support to participants in the community.
n
Assistance with public transport access
n
Assistance with meal preparation
n
Assist with daily living skills and goal-focused activities.
n
Foster independence, inclusion, and confidence.
n
Maintain accurate progress notes and uphold participant confidentiality.
n
Ensure services are delivered in line with NDIS quality and safeguarding standards.
n
n
Requirements & Qualifications
n
n
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
n
Valid Driver's Licence + access to a reliable vehicle
n
Previous disability/community support experience
n
n
