About the Role
You'll work across our five retail locations supporting the day-to-day operations of
Valentines Bakehouse
and
White Owl Coffee
.
You'll become an important link between our retail teams and senior management, helping ensure our stores consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining the high standards our brands are known for.
Your Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
Recruiting and onboarding new team members.
Training and mentoring our retail teams.
Preparing and managing weekly staff rosters.
Supporting retail staff across all locations.
Visiting stores to ensure presentation, cleanliness and merchandising standards are maintained.
Ensuring company systems and procedures are consistently followed.
Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and customer service.
Assisting with staffing across stores when required.
Supporting recent store openings and future business growth.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with hospitality or retail experience who is ready to take the next step in their career.




You don't need years of management experience—we're looking for the right person with the right attitude.
You'll be someone who:
Has hospitality or retail experience.
Enjoys working with and developing people.
Leads by example, hands on approach is a must.
Is organised, reliable and proactive.
Has excellent communication skills.
Is eager to learn and grow within the business.
Holds a current driver's licence.
Is happy travelling regularly between Rutherglen, Albury, Wodonga and Wagga Wagga.
Hours
This is a full-time salaried position.
The role will generally operate across
Thursday to Monday
, as weekends are when our business is at its busiest and when leadership presence is most valuable.
Alternative weekday arrangements can be negotiated for the right applicant; however,
regular weekend work is an essential part of this role
.
