About your role:
Deliver exceptional customer service and create meaningful connections with customers.
Assist customers in selecting jewellery that meets their needs and celebrates their special occasions.
Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and product knowledge.
Build customer loyalty through follow-up and relationship-building.
Maintain high visual merchandising and presentation standards.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Support stock management, inventory control, and store operations.




Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
About you:
Previous retail sales experience, preferably in jewellery, fashion, luxury retail, or a customer-focused environment.
A genuine passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences.
Mandarin language skills are highly regarded.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Results-driven with a passion for achieving sales targets.
Professional presentation and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Versatile availability, including weekends and public holidays as required.
