We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable / Credit Control Officer for a temporary assignment, starting immediately, working 20 hours per week. This role suits someone looking for part-time hours who has solid experience across accounts receivable, credit control and customer account management.

Key responsibilities

Managing customer accounts and receivables
n
Allocating incoming payments
n
Following up outstanding payments
n
Resolving account and payment discrepancies
n
Preparing weekly statements
n
Reconciling the accounts receivable ledger
n
Liaising with customers and internal teams
n
Assisting with month-end processes
n
n
About you
n
n
2+ years' experience in AR, Credit Control or a similar finance role
n
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
n
Valuable communication and organisational skills
n
PRONTO & CreditorWatch experience highly regarded
