Job Description n
As our
Dental Assistant / Receptionist
, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice. From assisting chairside during dental procedures to welcoming patients and coordinating appointments, you'll help deliver outstanding care at every touchpoint.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Providing chairside assistance during a wide range of dental procedures.
n
Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining exceptional infection control standards.
n
Sterilising instruments and ensuring equipment is ready for clinical use.
n
Greeting patients with a warm, professional, and caring approach.
n
Scheduling appointments, processing payments, and managing patient records.
n
Responding to patient enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
n




Supporting the team to ensure the practice operates efficiently each day.
n
Qualifications n
n
Previous experience as a Dental Assistant, with the confidence to contribute from day one
n
A positive, hardworking attitude and a genuine passion for dental care
n
Excellent communication skills and a team-player mentality
n
A commitment to career development and learning
n
Applicants must have/obtain a valid
Working with Children Check
