About the Role:
n
This position based in Adelaide, SA will see you as the go-to Senior Service Technician. You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment, providing in-the-field client support, and ensuring that our clients receive the best service possible.
n
We're looking for a proactive problem-solver who is ready to take ownership of the field and help our service excellence. Whether you are troubleshooting complex issues or performing routine maintenance, your work will make a real impact on our growing business.

What You Will Bring to the Role:
n
Applicable Mechanical Trade Qualification
n
Demonstrated experience as a Senior Service Technician or in a similar technical role
n
Strong problem solving and diagnostic skills
n
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
n
A customer-centric mindset with excellent communication skills
n
A valid driver's license (and the ability to travel to various job sites).
n




Ability to effectively repair and maintain plant, machinery and equipment
n
Ability to work safely and in compliance with HSE guidelines
n
Ability to write and interpret reports, work plans and carry out electronic business correspondence.
n
Ability to work overtime or travel to suit operational needs
n
Achieve daily planned maintenance targets including inspecting and reporting on completed maintenance tasks
n
Keeping accurate daily work records and report any issues, including necessary repairs to Supervisor
n
Ensure that workshop store stock and critical spares levels are maintained and updated when necessary
n
