The Role
n
Due to continued growth and project successes, they currently have an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join their team.
n
Reporting to the Construction Manager your role willfocus onworking collaboratively on the conversion and delivery of their new 300+ units development in the Hills District.
n
To be successful in the role you will be commercially astute, have project managed a diverse range of class 2 construction projects. You will have proven experience across the multi-unit residential sector.
n
Day to day you would be involved in the following:
n
n
Project planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting.
n
Managing clients and subcontractor relationships throughout the entire project life cycle
n




Providingtechnical knowledge and commercial awareness to clients and senior management.
n
Effective running of projects in a disruptive and highly governed environment with complex budgets.
n
Implementation and leadership around WHS, Quality and Environmental standards to meet corporate and legislative requirements.
n
Managing and maintaining the design process to set standards and to meet the project charter.
n
n
Your skills and experience will include:
n
n
Minimum 7 years' experience as a PM
n
Previously employed by a tier 2-3 builder
n
Experience delivering large scale apartment projects from start to completion in Sydney
n
Extensive experience required in Head Contract Management.
n
Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
n
Experience in Procore and MS Projects
n
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
n
Demonstrated experience in managing projects with a high focus on Safety, Quality and Environment challenges.
n
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
n
