Registrations Clerk and Stock Controller

About the role: n
At the heart of the dealership's vehicle operations, you will play a key part in making sure every car is registered, recorded, and ready to go, giving you real visibility across the business and a genuine sense of ownership over your work.

Your day-to-day will include:
n
n
Processing current and used vehicle registrations accurately, so customers drive away without a hitch
n
Maintaining stock records across the dealership's vehicle inventory, giving you oversight of the full vehicle lifecycle
n
Coordinating with sales and administration teams to keep vehicle movements tracked and up to date
n
Conducting regular stock audits to ensure records match physical inventory, a responsibility that keeps your skills sharp
n
Managing compliance documentation, so you build solid knowledge of automotive regulatory requirements
n
Supporting the wider team with general administration, adding variety to your week
n
About You: n
You are someone who takes pride in accuracy and brings a calm, methodical approach to managing competing priorities in a busy dealership environment.

More about you:

Experience in a registrations, stock control, or automotive administration role will set you up for success from day one
n
Strong attention to detail means errors rarely get past you
n




Comfortable working with dealer management systems or similar software platforms
n
Your communication skills make it easy to work across teams and keep everyone informed
n
A Queensland open driver's licence is required for this role
n
