Boilermaker - Sunshine Sugar Broadwater Mill
Sunshine Sugar's Broadwater site has opportunities available for a Boilermaker to fill a permanent vacancy. The Broadwater site is in the Northern Rivers, only 20 minutes to Ballina.

Our Fitter & Boilermaker pay rates have changed and are now classified according to experience level, with pay rates between $41 - $46/hour (including allowances).
We are an Australian owned sugar manufacturing company, and we are proud to support local industry and farming families. As you can imagine we have a range of equipment, and no two days are ever the same.

We are looking for
Trade qualifications (Certificate IIIFabrication / Welding)
Heavy Industrial/Shutdown experience
Ability to fabricate small & large components
Competent in interpreting drawings
Experience in pipe fabrication and pressure vessel repairs preferred
Machine maintenance and troubleshooting experience
Ability to communicate in a transparent and constructive manner both verbally and in writing
Organisational skills and ability to prioritise




Commitment and good attitude to safety and culture
Teamwork and willingness to co-operatively share knowledge and expertise
We can offer you
5 weeks annual leave
25% leave loading (on 4 weeks)
9 day fortnight in off season (January - June)
Overtime available during crushing season (June - December)
a RDO a month
The successful candidate will be required to complete a pre-employment medical including alcohol and drug screening.
