About the role
n
This is a newly created Business Development Manager opportunity, giving you genuine ownership to build a new BDM desk from the ground up. Based in the
Doncaster/Manningham
area, you'll generate new landlord opportunities, win new property management business and play a direct role in growing the portfolio. You'll have the support of experienced Senior Property Managers, a Junior Property Manager, VAs and a Leasing Consultant, while working closely with the sales team.

Prospect for landlords through cold, warm and referral leads
n
Build relationships and win new property management opportunities
n




Grow the property management portfolio through targeted business development activity
n
Review and assess tenancy applications
n
Partner closely with sales and property management teams
n

Skills & experience
n
n
Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice — mandatory
n
Real estate BDM experience or strong demonstrated
prospecting/business
development experience
n
Confident cold caller and relationship builder
n
Resilient, proactive and commercially driven
n
Mandarin language skills — desirable, not essential
n
n
