What you'll be doing

You'll play an important role in keeping our practice running beautifully, including:

Welcoming patients with a warm and friendly approach
n
Managing appointments, bookings and patient enquiries
n
Answering phones and emails
n
Processing payments and Medicare/private health billing
n
Maintaining accurate patient information
n
Liaising with doctors, nurses and the wider team
n
Helping with the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
n
Providing the kind of patient experience that makes people want to come back
