HDS is one of Australia's fastest-growing logistics providers and we're expanding our Dandenong team. We have multiple Picker/Packer positions available in our ambient 3PL operation and we're looking for motivated, hard-working people who are ready to hit the ground running. These are casual roles with a genuine pathway to full-time employment for the right candidates.

The Opportunity
n
This is a fast-paced, physically demanding role in an ambient warehouse environment. You'll be picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently, handling boxes ranging from *****kg throughout your shift. We're ideally looking for people who can commit to approximately 5 days per week across a Monday to Friday roster, with occasional weekend shifts also available. Shift times are approximately 7:30am to 3:30pm, though as a casual role shift availability may vary week to week based on operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently to daily productivity targets
n
Perform consistent heavy lifting of boxes up to approx.*****kg throughout your shift
n
Use RF scanning and WMS/ERP systems to process and confirm orders accurately
n




Ensure all orders meet quality and accuracy standards prior to dispatch
n
Work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team to keep the operation running smoothly
n
Adhere to all WHS requirements and maintain a clean and safe work area at all times
n

You'll Bring
n

The physical fitness and capability to perform consistent heavy lifting ******kg) throughout your shift
n
Previous warehouse pick/pack experience – 3PL or distribution centre background highly regarded
n
RF scanning experience beneficial – WMS or ERP system experience ideal
n
Availability to commit to approximately 5 days per week – Mon–Fri with occasional weekend shifts
n
Reliability, punctuality, and a strong commitment to safety and accuracy
n
