Job Description
Estia Health is seeking a dedicated nurse to provide clinical care across our aged care homes on the Sunshine Coast.
You will assess residents, develop care plans, and ensure documentation meets AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards.
You will also lead Personal Care Workers and foster a holistic, collaborative care approach within the team.
The role requires a Nursing Diploma and current AHPRA registration, with solid computer skills and a genuine desire to enrich residents' lives.
