Job Description
Vitalis Healthcare at Home redefines care by delivering hospital-level clinical services in patients' homes across Sydney.
This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Registered Nurses to join our Complex Care Team on a full time or part-time basis, delivering expert one-on-one care in patients' homes.
Ideal candidates hold AHPRA registration, NDIS screening, WWCC, CPR certification, and a valid driver's licence.
A 24/7 rotating roster and travel within the Sydney metro region are expected.
