Job Description
Prepare accurate, qualified customer quotations and proposals for the sales team, including following up outstanding quotes and enquiries.
Manage incoming customer enquiries by phone and email, providing prompt assistance and directing sales opportunities to the appropriate account manager.
Maintain accurate CRM records, including customer contacts, opportunities, sales pipeline information, follow-up activities and notes.
Support the sales team with pricing, product information, customer documentation, price lists and sales reports.
Process customer orders and surgical instrument repair jobs, coordinating with the workshop, suppliers and dispatch team to ensure commitments and delivery timeframes are met.
Liaise with hospitals, operating theatre staff and other healthcare customers to provide responsive and professional customer service.




Assist with marketing activities including email campaigns, website updates, social media content, promotional materials and event coordination.
Monitor open enquiries, quotes and opportunities to ensure appropriate follow-up and nothing is missed.
Assist with general sales and office administration, including calendars, travel arrangements, supplier orders and document preparation.
Work closely with the sales team and directors to improve processes, maintain accurate information and help the wider team operate efficiently.
