United Drilling Servicesis seeking experiencedDrillers, Trainee Drillers and Driller Offsidersto join our crews working with our client in the Rockhampton region.
About the role:
Key responsibilities
Operate Diamond and RC drilling rigs (Drillers and Trainee Drillers).
Complete required paperwork and reporting accurately and on time.
Assist the Driller with drilling operations to ensure production targets are achieved (Driller Offsiders).
Maintain a strong commitment to safety, hazard awareness, and protected work practices.
Conduct routine equipment checks and assist with rig maintenance and housekeeping.
Work effectively within a team environment and follow directions from supervisors and management.
Work 12-hour shifts on a2:1 roster (2 weeks on, 1 week off).
About you
Must be Rockhampton-based
Relevant drilling qualifications, certificates, and/or demonstrated industry experience.
Current driver's licence (HR licence highly regarded).
Excellent teamwork skills.
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.




Willingness to learn and develop within the drilling industry.
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
Physically fit and capable of working in a demanding outdoor environment.

12-hour shifts on a2:1 roster (2 weeks on, 1 week off)to support work-life balance
