Cavanagh Painting & Maintenance is looking for an
experienced, qualified painter
to join our small team on the Sunshine Coast.
We have a strong pipeline of confirmed work
booked for the remainder of **** and beyond
and are looking for someone who wants consistent, ongoing work with a small family-owned business.
This is a genuine painting role -
not a labouring or entry-level position.
THE ROLE
You'll work directly alongside the business owner across residential repaints, new builds and maintenance projects throughout the Sunshine Coast.
Monday–Friday | 7:00am–3:00pm
You'll be carrying out all aspects of the trade, including:
Interior and exterior painting
Preparation, patching, sanding and caulking
Brush, roller and spray application where appropriate
Walls, ceilings, doors, trims and exterior surfaces
Residential repaints and new-build work
Producing clean, professional finishes
Maintaining a clean and organised worksite
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO
Is a
qualified painter and decorator OR has substantial professional painting experience
Can confidently complete painting work without constant supervision
Takes pride in preparation and quality finishes
Is reliable and turns up when they say they will
Works well as part of a small team
Has a current driver's licence and reliable transport
