Working as part of a supportive team, you will be involved in servicing a wide range of vehicles and equipment including passenger vehicles, trucks, agricultural machinery and industrial equipment.

Depending on your experience and training, duties may include workshop-based work as well as on-site customer service work across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Removing, fitting and balancing tyres across a range of vehicles and machinery
Conducting tyre inspections and identifying repair or replacement requirements
Providing tyre repair and maintenance services
Assisting customers with tyre-related enquiries and recommendations
Performing service work both in the workshop and at customer locations when required
Maintaining safe work practices and high-quality workmanship
Supporting general workshop and warehouse operations as needed
About The Candidate
Workforce Extensions Geelong is recruiting on behalf of Associated Cold Tread Tyres for multiple full-time Tyre Fitter positions based in North Geelong.
We are seeking both experienced tyre fitters and motivated candidates looking to start a long-term career in the tyre and automotive service industry.
These roles offer stable employment, variety in day-to-day work and the prospect to join a well-established local business with a strong reputation across the Geelong region.

Full training will be provided to candidates who are mechanically minded, willing to learn and committed to building a long-term career within the industry.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Previous tyre fitting, mechanical or automotive experience (preferred but not essential)
A strong work ethic and reliable attitude
Good communication and customer service skills
Physical fitness and ability to perform manual work
Attention to detail and commitment to safety
Current Australian driver's licence
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
