Occupational Therapist - Hervey Bay, Fraser Coast

Compass Rehab is a locally owned multidisciplinary allied health service providing occupational therapy and physiotherapy. Located in the heart of the medical precincts in Hervey Bay and Maryborough our service is growing, and we are seeking Occupational Therapists to join our allied health team.

About the role
Services NDIS, aged care and private patients
Provide services including equipment prescription, minor home modifications, aged care and NDIS reporting, ADL assessment and ongoing therapies for a range of physical, psychosocial and developmental conditions
Patients are across the lifespan though every effort is made to meet your desired caseload
Assisting in developing OT processes within the organisation
Potential to engage with students or develop junior members of the team if desired.

The ideal candidate will need




Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
Current AHPRA registration
Adaptability to changing environments and caseloads
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a close-knit, high-performing team

What we offer
Salary from $100,000 to $125,000, commensurate based on experience
