Calvary is seeking a Workforce Planning Officer on a fixed-term contract up to five months to shape workforce strategy and rostering across national healthcare services. You will partner with hospital, aged care and home care leaders to deliver data-driven rostering improvements and enterprise agreement compliance.

You will drive scheduling enhancements, support UKG/Kronos users, and provide insightful reporting to improve operational performance and budget outcomes.
