Job Description

Uniting Kari Court in St Ives is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead clinical care delivery across four households. You will develop, deliver and evaluate individualized care plans for residents, with emphasis on holistic, person-centered practice.

You will assess needs, coordinate with medical and allied health teams, and advocate for each resident's goals and quality of life while supervising support staff and engaging families.
