Acumen Health, a rehabilitation service provider for ADF personnel, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support clients from rehab to healing within a multidisciplinary team. You will apply a client-centred approach to develop, implement and monitor rehabilitation plans and assist return-to-work or retraining goals.
The role includes ADL and functional capacity assessments, ergonomic worksite evaluations and close collaboration with medical staff and other treatment providers.
