Sigtech is looking for a practical, approachable HSEQ Business Partner to support our growing national operations across Australia's rail, civil and infrastructure sectors.

n

This isn't a compliance-tick-box role. At Sigtech, HSEQ is about being visible, practical and genuinely integrated into how our people plan and deliver work.

What you will be doing

n

n
Partnering directly with project teams, contractors and leaders on live rail, civil and infrastructure projects
n
Conducting site inspections, audits and assurance activities
n
Supporting risk assessments, SWMS, incident investigations and corrective actions
n
Driving continual improvement of our Integrated Management System (ISO 45001 / 14001 / 9001)
n




Coaching and influencing teams to build a stronger safety culture
n

n

What you will bring

n

n
HSEQ experience in rail, civil construction or infrastructure settings (min 5 years)
n
Solid understanding of WHS, environmental and quality management systems
n
Confidence to have the hard conversations when it matters
n
A Diploma in Safety (or equivalent) and rail industry experience (both mandatory)
n
A current driver's licence and willingness to travel nationally
n
