About The Role And Where You Will Be Working

Our residential care team at Juniper Korumup, Albany are currently looking for a Registered Nurse to coordinate and lead the delivery of client-focused care on a permanent full-time basis.

Located in a peaceful part of Albany, Juniper Korumup is a well-established aged care home providing culturally respectful and person-centred care for up to 72 residents. We’re deeply rooted in the local community and proud to offer a homely, supportive workplace where residents feel secure, valued, and cared for—and where staff are truly appreciated.

As one of our Registered Nurses, you'll be expected to lead small clinical teams that provide high standards of person-centered care to all our residents. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to improve both their clinical and leadership skills.

Competitive hourly rates: $46.48-$58.14

Your Key Responsibilities
Lead and support small clinical teams in delivering exceptional care
Conduct clinical assessments and respond to changing health needs
Develop and evaluate care plans in consultation with residents and families
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure best-practice care
Ensure compliance with aged care and clinical standards

What You’ll Need
AHPRA Registration (essential)
Aged Care experience (desirable but not essential)
Solid communication, leadership, and clinical skills
A passion for providing respectful, person-centred care
