Excellent communication skills - able to speak basic Greek or Italian

As a Care Professional, you will be responsible for assisting clients with supporting elders in the community.

Responsibilities




Assist clients with maintaining a clean-living environment by performing light housekeeping duties.
Promote independence among clients by encouraging them to participate in activities that enhance their physical and mental wellbeing.
Social support, taking people out for a coffee or lunch, or sitting and having a chat and cuppa at home
Establish positive relationships with clients through effective communication, active listening, and understanding their individual needs.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions including observations made during visits or shifts
Report any changes or concerns regarding the client's health or well-being promptly to the appropriate supervisor or healthcare qualified.
Comply with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations related to social care practices.

Qualifications
A valid Australian driver's license and access to a reliable registered vehicle and insurance
Australian Federal Police Check (or willing to obtain one)
