Lead finance insights in a energetic FMCG business. Short-term contract with strong exposure to senior stakeholders.

Engage SMEs to document current-state processes across production, supply chain, finance, and operations
n
Develop transparent SOPs and future-state process flows aligned to Business Central
n
Translate business requirements into system configurations and functional design
n
Support testing phases including UAT, validation, and defect resolution
n
Drive change management activities and support end-user training and adoption
n
Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and leadership to ensure alignment and delivery
n

A successful Senior Finance Business Analyst should have:

n

n
Proven Senior BA with strong hands-on Dynamics 365 / Business Central experience
n
Background in manufacturing or process-driven environments (understands production workflows)
n




Demonstrated ability to write SOPs and map end-to-end business processes
n
Experience delivering ERP upgrades or implementations in complex businesses
n
Confident stakeholder engagement with SMEs and senior leaders (CFO, Ops, IT)
n
Able to bridge business needs and system design, driving practical, usable outcomes
n
