We are recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a well-established housebuilder on a new-build residential development in Keresley, Coventry.

n

You will not be considered if you haven't worked on new-build housing projects.

n

The Role n

n
Support the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of a recent-build housing development
n
Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard
n
Monitor quality, progress, and site health & safety
n
Assist with programme delivery and site inspections
n




Help ensure NHBC standards and company procedures are maintained
n

Requirements nn
Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager on recent-build housing developments
n
Experience with either traditional build or timber frame construction
n
Valid SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates
n
Strong organisational and communication skills
n
Full UK driving licence
n
