About the Team & Business Line
As a Supervisor within our award-winning Investor Relations team, you'll be at the heart of delivering exceptional unit registryexperiencefor some of the most sophisticated fund structures in the alternatives industry.
You'll join a talented team, champion client excellence, and play a pivotal role in one of Citco's most energetic business lines.
Main Job Functions/Responsibilities:
Lead with purpose— Supervise daily deliverables, checks, and controls, ensuring your team consistently performs within SLA and to the highest standards
Be the trusted partner— Serve as a key contact for clients and investors, delivering solution‐oriented responses that build lasting relationships
Drive operational excellence— Oversee workflow systems, manage email queues,



and ensure professional, timely communication across all touchpoints
Develop future talent— Coach, mentor, and empower your team through hands‐on training, helping them grow into confident, high‐performing professionals
Uphold fund integrity— Ensure all fund rules, representations, and deadlines are met with precision and care
Communicate proactively— Keep clients and investors aligned through transparent, consistent, and professional engagement
About You:
3–5 years of Unit Registry experience — you know the landscape and are ready to lead within it
Client‐first mindset — you go above and beyond to deliver an outstanding investor and client experience
Exceptional attention to detail — accuracy is non‐negotiable for you
Strong communicator — fluent in English with excellent written and verbal skills
Tech‐savvy — proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating workflow systems
Adaptable and accountable — you work independently, follow established procedures, and know when to elevate
