Seeking an experiencedOSHC Coordinatorto lead an cutting-edge program and help create safe, inclusive and engaging experiences for children and young people with disability.
About the Role
Working0.8 FTE, with hours across After Care (3pm-6pm) and Vacation Care (9am-5pm), you will:
Lead, mentor and support the OSHC team
Develop engaging programs aligned withMy Time, Our Placeand the NQF
Oversee compliance, rostering, enrolments and daily operations
Build strong relationships with families and schools
Drive quality improvement and a positive team culture
About You
You'll have:
ADiploma-level or higher qualificationrecognised by ACECQA ieDiploma of School Age Education and Care
Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood, Primary, or Secondary)




Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood, Primary, or Secondary)
Leadership experience inOSHC, education, early childhood or disability
Strong knowledge of theNational Quality Framework and Child Safe Standards
Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills
A genuine commitment to supporting children and young people with disability
