Looking to start a career in the motor industry?
Upper Hunter Automotive is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our New Vehicle Sales Department as a Sales Trainee.
This is a 12-month traineeship where you'll receive hands-on training and learn all aspects of new vehicle sales across our brands - Ford, Mitsubishi, Kia, Subaru and BYD.
No previous automotive or sales experience is required. We're looking for the right attitude, personality and willingness to learn.
What You'll Learn
Meeting and assisting customers
Learning our vehicles, features and technology
Vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Following up customer enquiries
Assisting with vehicle deliveries
The complete sales process from enquiry to handover
Dealership and customer management systems




Qualified sales and customer service skills
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
Friendly, confident and enjoys talking to people
Reliable, well presented and punctual
Motivated with a strong work ethic
Comfortable with computers and technology
Keen to learn and take direction
Looking to build a
long-term career in the motor industry
Living in Muswellbrook or within a reasonable travelling distance
A current driver's licence holder, or close to obtaining one
Hours
This role operates on an 11-day fortnight, including every second Saturday.
