$78,000 Annual Base + 12% Superannuation

Prime Melbourne CBD Location

Shift Hours: Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm

THE POSITION
n
n
Working in multi venues in one site, such as cafe restaurant, functions and events
n
Assist with the monitoring of stock to facilitate production schedule.
n
Maintain cleanliness, tidiness and organisation in all work areas
n
Assist with the training of all pastry staff in recipe procedures.
n
Assist with maintaining and improving current recipes and procedures.
n
n
THE PERSON
n
n
Relevant culinary qualifications.
n
Catering background highly favourable.
n
Ability to work quick paced and under pressure to meet production demands.
n
A flexible, adaptable, and hands-on approach,



willing to work as part of a team.
n
Previous experience in a high-end environment – function / a la carte / boardroom setting (mandatory!)
n
Able to provide or obtain a current police check
