Job Description

Shoalhaven City Council is seeking two Customer Liaison Officers to coordinate customer service across the Bomaderry Aquatic Centre, Nowra Aquatic Park, and Shoalhaven Indoor Sports Centre. You will manage bookings, lead POS teams, and ensure a seamless customer experience across facilities.

Ideal candidates will have solid cash handling, experience with booking systems, and a focus on safety and compliance.
