About the Opportunity

ESP Recruitment is currently looking for a RF scanner pick packer to join our client, a leading company in Laverton North. Our client runs a clean, modern, and highly efficient facility where safety comes first and team culture matters. We are looking for experienced Pick Packers / RF Scanners.

n

In this role, you will be a vital part of the daily dispatch cycle, utilizing RF scanners to locate, pick, and pack a high volume of orders with accuracy and efficiency. This is an ongoing position in a fast-paced environment perfect for detail-oriented operators who pride themselves on getting the job done safely.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld RF scanners.
n
Build and wrap pallets securely, preparing orders for swift dispatch.
n
Handle stock safely,



moving cartons and items up to [e.g., 20kg–25kg].
n
Perform routine inventory checks and assist with general stock replenishment.
n
Adhere strictly to warehouse Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) procedures and site protocols.
n
Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe distribution environment.
n

What We Are Looking For

n

n
Proven experience as a Pick Packer within a distribution center or 3PL warehouse environment.
n
Confident and proficient experience using handheld RF scanners.
n
Robust physical fitness, comfortable with repetitive manual handling and being on your feet.
n
High attention to detail with an focus on order accuracy.
n
Reliable transport and a track record of excellent punctuality.
n
Clean, up-to-date warehouse facility with free in office parking.
n
