An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a growing private practice in Frenchs Forest.

This is a varied clinical role suited to an OT who is confident working independently, enjoys building robust relationships with clients and families, and is looking for a position offering genuine professional development and career progression.

The Role
n
You will work across a diverse caseload, providing high-quality occupational therapy services to clients across a range of funding streams and backgrounds.
n

Providing OT services across NDIS, privately funded, DVA and My Aged Care clients
n
Managing a diverse caseload across different client populations, including paediatrics
n
Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing appropriate therapy and management plans
n
Preparing high-quality clinical reports and recommendations
n
Delivering services across client homes, disability accommodation, community settings and clinic
n
Working collaboratively with other allied health professionals to achieve meaningful client outcomes
n
Supporting clients to develop skills, independence and participation in everyday activities
n

About You
n
n
Has solid clinical experience and is comfortable managing a varied caseload independently
n
Has robust written and verbal communication skills
n
Builds genuine, positive relationships with clients, families and other professionals
n
Is proactive, organised and able to work autonomously
n
Enjoys working as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team
n
Is keen to continue developing clinically and professionally
n
Is confident working across community and clinic-based environments
n
