THE ROLE

n

Our client is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor who is self-motivated and team-oriented to join an amazing warehouse team in Richlands QLD. AsWarehouse & Distribution Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing and coordinating day-to-day activities in the warehouse.

Undertaking high level warehouse duties and responsibility to maintaining an organised and clean work area
n
Receiving and inspecting all incoming goods including quality assurance
n
Manage and maintain competing orders with capable time and task management
n
Loading and unloading of trucks in a safe and compliant manner
n
General assembly of racking and shelving installation as required
n
Maintain a high standard of professionalism, accountability, and ethical conduct
n




Collaborate with team members while managing individual tasks effectively
n
Identify issues and implement practical solutions to improve outcomes
n
Build skills and knowledge to support personal growth and team performance
n

n

Shift: Monday to Friday

n

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

n

n
Minimum of 3+ years warehouse experience is essential;
n
Experience in the industry
n
Current Forklift licence
n
Exceptional customer service
n
Enthusiastic and proactive to work with limited supervision
n
Excellent written & oral communication skills
n
Basic assembly skills for racking and shelving installation
n
Valuable time management and planning capability
n
Ability to manage competing priorities
n
Ability to supervise workers
n
