We are currently seeking a Lead Nurse (Registered Nurse) to join our Urgent Care team and provide both clinical and operational leadership.

This is a fantastic chance for an experienced nurse leader to combine hands‑on clinical care with leadership in a fast‑paced Urgent Care environment.

Key responsibilities include:
Leading and supporting the nursing team




Coordinating patient flow and daily clinical operations
Triage and assessment of urgent presentations
Supporting clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives
Assisting with staff onboarding, training and development

About You
Registered Nurse with unrestricted AHPRA registration
Previous leadership or supervisory experience
Experience in Urgent Care, Emergency, Acute Care or a similar setting
Strong triage, assessment and clinical decision‑making skills
Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and team culture
