Splash Centre Association is seeking a Team Lead/Educational Leader for Out of School Hours Care in Sydney.
The role is part time (30 hours/week) with a blend of split and block shifts, leading the educational program and mentoring educators to deliver child-led, engaging activities aligned with My Time, Our Place.
You will guideassessment/planningcycles, promote reflective practice, and ensure inclusion, safety, and high-quality programming for children aged 5–12 across term and vacation care.
