Uniting NSW.ACT in Chatswood is seeking an experienced Asset Coordinator to join our Property team, supporting multiple sites across Sydney’s North Shore. This hands-on role focuses on keeping buildings, facilities and assets secure, compliant and performing as they should.

You will coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance, manage budgets and reporting, supervise maintenance staff and contractors, and help ensure assets meet the people who use our services.
