AvantStay is seeking an Assistant Area Manager to support our market's day-to-day operational activities across AvantStay properties in the designated area.
You will audit properties, manage supplies, respond promptly to guest and owner concerns, and travel frequently to sites within your market.
You will act as a bridge between property owners and internal teams, lead in-market operations, train and coach staff, and help ensure guests enjoy a superior experience while upholding AvantStay
