The Employee Relations Advisor at Bupa Australia will provide expert employee relations support, managing end-to-end ER cases and offering pragmatic advice to leaders across the business.
You will coach leaders and staff through conduct, performance and grievance processes, conduct workplace investigations, and interpret employment contracts, Awards and Enterprise Agreements. This 6-month fixed-term role is hybrid across Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.
