XL Event Lab, an international live events company, is seeking a Head of Live Events to establish and grow its presence across Victoria and Current South Wales. You will own venue partnerships, event operations and regional leadership, from securing venues to delivering touring experiences.
This role requires hands-on ownership, solid relationship-building and commercial acumen. Travel across the region is expected, with progression into broader leadership as the territory develops.
