The Maxwell Underground Mine, operated by Malabar Resources Ltd, seeks a Weekend Undermanager to provide on-shift leadership at the Maxwell site near Muswellbrook. You will oversee development and longwall operations, driving safety and delivering the production plan on shift.

You will hold the NSW Undermanager Certificate of Competency, with preference given to those with shotfiring experience and a proven leadership track record in high-productivity underground settings.
