Calvary Mater Newcastle is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for General Medicine, Cardiology and Palliative Care Services. The role focuses on operational leadership, strategic direction and high‑quality patient care within a leading NSW health network.

The successful candidate will drive workforce planning, service development and quality improvement, reporting to the Director of Nursing and Clinical Services. NSW Health alignment and NSQHS standards knowledge are essential.
