Job Description
Bupa Seaforth is seeking a Care Manager to oversee daily clinical operations and lead the clinical team in Seaforth, NSW.
This role focuses on person-centred care planning, governance, and collaboration with families to support residents living well in a supportive setting.
Applicants should hold a Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration and have experience managing 30+ beds in aged care or a similar setting, with strong leadership and communication skills.
