What you'll work on:
Residential and commercial tax depreciation
Property inspections
Construction cost analysis
Asset registers
Insurance replacement cost
Lifecycle and CAPEX reporting
CGT cost base evidence
Commercial property assignments
Koste.ai reporting and technology

Responsibilities:
Contribute to Quantity Surveying assignments appropriate to your experience level
Undertake property and construction research
Prepare clear, qualified work




Communicate with clients and colleagues
Use Koste's reporting systems and technology
Experienced candidates may manage projects independently and support technical review

Experience:

Graduate candidates: strong attention to detail, good communication, interest in construction and property, comfort with technology and willingness to learn. Tax depreciation experience is not required.

Experienced candidates: relevant Quantity Surveying experience, strong property and construction knowledge, project-management ability, skilled report writing, client-facing capability, technical judgement and commercial awareness.

Qualifications:

Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related degree for graduate candidates. AIQS, RICS or equivalent membership is desirable at more senior levels.
