You will prepare and submit loan applications, collect client information, assess documentation, and ensure compliance with lender requirements.
You will liaise with clients, lenders and brokers, explain loan options clearly, and maintain organized records in the company systems.
Collaboration with the finance and property team is expected to align loan structures with client strategies.
