Agitator Driver
based at our
Ballina Concrete Plant
, you'll play an key role in delivering quality concrete to residential, commercial, and major infrastructure projects across the region. Whether it's a new driveway, school, bridge, or community facility, you'll take pride in safely delivering our products and providing exceptional service to our customers every day.
Key responsibilities
Conduct daily vehicle safety inspections and maintain high safety standards
Operate agitator trucks safely and efficiently across a variety of delivery sites
Manage concrete slump tolerances and discharge procedures (full training provided)
Deliver concrete to customers while providing outstanding service and site support
Complete delivery documentation accurately and efficiently
Communicate effectively with Production, Allocations and customers to ensure smooth operations
Represent Boral positively through professional and safe work practices
What you'll bring
Current HR Driver's Licence with heavy vehicle driving experience
Construction White Card




A strong commitment to safety and customer service
Reliable, team-focused approach with excellent communication skills
Interest in the construction or concrete industry (experience is advantageous but not essential)
