As a KEY player in this LEGAL KNOWLEDGE team (being led and mentored by a top calibre Legal Knowledge Manager), you will support partners/lawyers in the Commercial Litigation team:
n
· Keep abreast of changes in legislation/case law;
n
· Provide
updates/training/legal
education to partners/lawyers;
n
· Conduct file audits/matter reviews;
n
· Create+update precedents and firm's knowledge
repositories/intranet/internet
;
n
· Liaise with Client Services+IT teams to develop various legal technology platforms eg ediscovery and other automation platforms., * Refreshing 'new dimension'- fully use your lawyering
skills/knowledge+be
at the cutting-edge of current legal developments to service other lawyers;

About the Candidate
n
* Are an admitted lawyer +have minimum 5+ years' experience (no maximum seniority limit) in commercial litigation (preferably also with some insolvency litigation experience);
n
* have strong legal drafting skills+ high attention to detail;
n
* have had some experience in OR at least a keen interest in knowledge sharing/precedent development+legal technology applications;
n
* are seeking a refreshing alternative legal career path.
